CHESTLER JACOBS TEAM

Jessica Chestler and Ben Jacobs founded a results-driven real estate advisory group built on quality service, honesty, integrity, and nearly two decades of seasoned experience. The award-winning Chestler Jacobs Team specializes in working with a discerning clientele and luxury properties spanning all of Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Hamptons, Westchester, and South Florida-with a focus on Miami, Palm Beach, and Jupiter.

Recently at Douglas Elliman, they impressively ranked as the Top 25 team for sales during the March-August pandemic stretch; as the #1 Team for sales in October 2020; the #1 team for sales in December 2020; and were ranked in the top of the list for all months they were not number one-in both sales & rentals respectively. At their previous brokerage firm, Jessica and Ben consistently reigned in the Top 10 as well. They have a combined sales volume of over $750 million in New York City alone.

What fuels the success of this young team, armed with the knowledge of those who’ve been in the business for many years, is tenacity, versatility and creativity. They formed their partnership with the idea of friendship as the basis, with each other, and with all their clients, focusing on the importance of speaking freely about the real estate process 24/7 with buyers, sellers, developers, investors, tenants, and landlords alike. They have been fortunate to have sold over $110 million in 2020 and have treated every deal the same.

The Chestler Jacobs Team understands the magnitude of a real estate transaction in both emotional and financial terms. Their hands-on guidance sets them apart, as does their ability to work in numerous neighborhoods throughout New York and South Florida.

Jess hails from Manhattan and grew up in Westchester, while Ben, from Miami Beach, is a longtime Brooklynite and keeps a residence in Miami Beach. They are both involved in numerous charities & organizations with a focus on the arts & social issues primarily in New York.
